Our 30-day money-back guarantee
Every Fuse order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right with a refund.
How to request a refund
Email us at sales@takefuse.com or use our contact page with your order number and a short note about what didn't work for you. We usually reply within 1–2 business days.
Because our strips are ingestible wellness products, you normally don't need to ship anything back. If we ever need a return for a quality investigation, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund after we process it.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away with a photo and your order number. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including any shipping you paid.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or card issuer first — processing times vary. Still nothing? Contact us at sales@takefuse.com and we'll track it down.
